Our experience with Quality 1st Basement Systems was a very positive one.  The inspector, Nick, made us feel very comfortable in our decision to use Quality 1st.  We were not disappointed. We recently had 2 floods in our basement for the first time in the 33 years that we have lived here and decided to have a professional come and check the damage. He arrived exactly at the time scheduled.  Before looking around Nick asked what problems we were hoping to solve.  Nick did a thorough examination of the situation and made suggestions on how to address each of our concerns. On the scheduled work day the men arrived a half hour early.
