When Ken from Quality 1st Basement Systems came to the job, he impressed me with what he knew, so I thought I would give him a shot at it. We are actually in construction ourselves, and we were going to do the job ourselves too, as we're normally not impressed with other contractors. Besides, we had a lot of work to do in the house already, so we just got it ready for them to do it instead. When they came, he and his workers were excellent. They worked really fast, and did a good job, as well or better than I expected, and I don't say that about many people.

The is one question, I talked to Jessica that I would like use my sump pump since I just bough for $400 and it was good and running, However, I found that it was change to a smaller pump, I understand that. but there is problem comes, this sump pump runs every 5 mins. The barrel was around 10 feet, pump runs when water in 3 or 4 feets. If the pump can be adjusted to run by 7 or 8 feets water will be perfect.

I've had work crews come over and make a mess that I spent days (weeks) cleaning up. Quality 1st Basement Systems wasn't like that at all. They showed up on time, did a great job in the timeframe they had originally promised and left my basement clean and usable. They hauled away the trash as well. So far so good!
