My only criticism would be the fact that a third party plumber is needed. Since the system is nothing without plumbing, I really believe that you should have a plumber on staff to do this work. The plumbing cost are prohibitive, and any problems with the plumbing unfairly reflects negatively on your business. I was so happy with everyone on your staff but the plumber that was recommended by your sales person, not so much.
