A basement apartment in South Richmond Hill, Queens had damaged bathroom walls. Flood water had collected at the bottom of the walls, and had begun to rot the wood, causing mold and a musty smell. The owner of the building needed it waterproofed, so they called Quality 1st Basement Systems to fix the bathroom.
