A homeowner in New York, New York had leaking water in their basement and was also looking for a french drain system to be installed. The homeowners contacted Quality 1st for a solution. Our System Design Specialist inspected the basement and noticed the signs of water damage and recommended that a waterproofing system be installed. WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement underneath the floor slab, on top of the foundation footing to make sure the system does not clog. The WaterGuard collects the water that seeps in through the basement walls and directs it to the sump pump. The TripleSafe sump pump was installed to ensure the basement stays dry with three pumps built inside. In case of one pump failure, the next lower level pumps will kick in. CleanSpace walling was installed on the basement walls to hold back water vapor and direct the water entering to the sump pump. CleanSpace is a great way to brighten and upgrade your basement walls. This basement has everything it needs to be dry, healthy and the homeowners can use it for whatever they need to.
