I was under the impression that I wouldn’t be changed for this service call as our system was upgraded one week ago. Marcus said he was giving us a reduced fee for the service call of $100 and I didn’t want to argue with him so I paid it. I do feel that under the circumstances I should not have to pay a service fee for a brand new system.
