Photo Album: Finished Basement Waterproofed in Saint Albans, Queens NY

In Saint Albans, Queens after heavy rains, water leaked into this finished basement. The owner was tired of wet walls, and worried about water damage and potential mold growth. She called Quality 1st Basement Systems for help on waterproofing her home. Basement specialist Nick Biris inspected the basement and suggested a few waterproofing products. The old sump pump was not up to par, it did not pump water out efficiently and did not have an airtight lid. The old sump pump had a strange, musty odor.
