With the help of Jonathan and our Senior Design Specialist, Jeff Nero, Quality 1st Basements was able to create a healthy and dry space underneath this Bronx, NY home. Our team installed our Crawl Space Encapsulation System which included our Moisture Vapor Barrier known as CleanSpace, Heat Barrier known as SilverGlo, Sedona dehumidifier system and our SmartSump pump!

Open Crawl Space Vent

The existing crawl space vent allowed humidity and moisture to easily get inside.

New Crawl Space Vent

Jeff recommended replacing the old crawl space vent with a new vent that allowed the crawl space to be completely sealed off when closed but still allow easy access into the crawl space when needed.
